Natasha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian and qualified Pilates Method Instructor.
With nearly 20 years experience as a clinical dietitian, Natasha has worked across a wide range of areas within Dietetics. This has enabled Natasha to hone her skills & knowledge in dietetics to be able to support clients from birth through to adulthood. Natasha has completed additional training in different clinical areas to advance her knowledge. These include paediatrics, sports nutrition, eating disorders including ARFID, disability, tube feeding, women's health, gut health, critical care, & surgery. Driven by a fascination with how the body works & adapts to changes, Natasha supports all clients individually with an open & curious approach. This has enable Natasha to help clients to make changes to their diet to better support their individual needs using a food first approach. Natasha's primary goal when working with clients is to support & empower them to make sustainable changes. This enables them to achieve their nutritional & health goals while building a positive relationship with food & their bodies. Natasha is a Shoalhaven local & has been in the area for most of her life. Natasha has a passion for staying in touch with the local area, community & sporting groups. Natasha has always enjoyed playing sports & being outside in nature, you may see Natasha around the local sporting fields, mountain bike trails, gym & bush walking. Natasha's interest in sports has lead her to become a qualified Pilates Method Instructor & runs pilates sessions in the North Nowra area.
